Originally from Southern California, Michael has been a businessman since the age of 15, owning several companies. He took Pierce College business college courses while still in high school, by his principal’s request.

He walked into a real estate firm at the age of 18 and was taken under a CEO’s wing, where he developed an innate understanding of the current market. Four years in the business was all it took for Michael Koshet to figure out a way to bring some real action into the real estate arena. That was when he decided it was time to set sail on his own.

At age 22, Michael brings his own values and his unparalleled ambition together to create a company that exceeds anyone’s expectations of what a company can do for you. Help Me Rent is the result of intense observations he’s made over the years, as well as a chance to prove to the world that his way of doing business is the right way.

“This is what I love to do,” Michael says. “I love to help people. I enjoy connecting people and making business deals happen.”

Michael hopes that Help Me Rent will be able to help people maintain their properties and the lifestyles that they desire. He’s happy to have this opportunity to assist others in the ways they need it most.
